Your privacy, in plain language

Ask Grace is a caregiver companion for the Clover's Group Deerfield Beach pilot. We take care of your privacy the same way we ask you to take care of yourself — simply, gently, and on purpose.

We do not store medical information

Ask Grace never asks you for diagnoses, medications, symptoms, insurance numbers, Social Security numbers, or account numbers. If a call script or checklist mentions those, it is telling you what to say to a person on the phone — not to type into this app. Anything you do type stays on your device or is sent only to Clover's Group staff for the specific request you made.

No account is required to get help

You can use every part of the pilot — the four caregiver pathways, guides, encouragement, and Ask Grace chat — without signing up, without a password, and without giving your name.

What we keep, and how briefly

If you send a referral request or feedback message, we keep the minimum needed to close the loop:

The name and contact method you provided so the agency can reach you back.
The broad need you selected (like "meals" or "respite") — not detailed medical notes.
The ZIP code you shared so we can match you to nearby help.

Referral requests are automatically purged after 90 days. Anonymous feedback is retained only long enough for our team to review it.

Your device holds most of your data

Your language preference, saved chats, and Grace's memory of what you last asked live in your device's local storage. Clear your browser data and it's gone. Nothing about your caregiving conversation is shared with third-party advertisers.

You can ask us to delete your data

If you sent a referral or feedback and want it removed, email privacy@cloversgroup.org with the phrase “please delete my request.” We'll remove it within seven business days and confirm.

Emergencies always take priority

Ask Grace shares educational information — not medical, legal, or financial advice. If you or your loved one is in danger, call 911. For a mental-health crisis, call or text 988. For non-emergency community help in Broward, dial 211.
